This policy applies to complaints regarding the policies, procedures, or editorial processes of the journal Acta Logistica.
All complaints should clearly identify the journal title, volume, issue, DOI (if available), article title, and page numbers.
A complaint is defined as an expression of dissatisfaction related to any matter within the responsibility of the journal’s
editorial content or publishing process. If Acta Logistica receives a complaint alleging that a published contribution
infringes intellectual property rights, contains material inaccuracies, defamatory content, or otherwise unlawful material,
the journal will investigate the matter thoroughly.
Following the investigation, the journal will make a good-faith determination as to whether the allegedly wrongful material
should be corrected, removed, or otherwise addressed. We strive to ensure that Acta Logistica maintains the highest
possible standards of quality and accuracy; however, we acknowledge that occasional errors may occur.
Complaints regarding the editorial content of the journal should be submitted as soon as possible after publication by email to:
info@actalogistica.eu.
