Digital Archiving and Preservation Policy

Digital preservation of the journal Acta Logistica comprises a set of processes and activities designed to ensure long-term access to digital content. These processes guarantee that information published in digital form is securely stored, backed up, and distributed to preserve its availability over time.

The electronic content of Acta Logistica is stored across multiple independent sources. The journal is published online and is accessible to readers via the central journal server. In addition, identical copies of the content are securely backed up on the servers of the University Library in Bratislava.

Furthermore, at least one abstracting and indexing service associated with the journal archives the full electronic versions of the published articles. In the event that the journal is forced to cease publication due to rare or unforeseen circumstances, all articles published in Acta Logistica will remain permanently accessible to readers through these archival systems.
